1) The food waste is uniformly recycled and transported to the treatment station, which is dumped into the unloading hopper by the food waste transportation vehicle without manual dumping, which is convenient to operate and reduces the amount of labor; (it can be determined according to the actual situation), spiral conveying to manual sorting system and crushing system for pressing and dehydration.
Note: the food waste collected and transported back contains large solid, coconut and other large volume waste, which takes a long time to decompose and has a certain impact on the overall treatment effect. Moreover, the large volume of food waste is wound together, which increases the force on the mixing arm and reduces the service life of the mixing shaft and motor. Therefore, in the pre-treatment stage of food waste, the press dehydrator is used to press and dehydrate the food waste;
2) The food waste is automatically transported to the fermentation bin after being pressed and dehydrated. During the first fermentation, an appropriate amount of microbial agent needs to be added into the machine tank, and only a certain amount of treatment products need to be left in the machine tank;
3) The waste water produced by the pressing and dehydration of kitchen waste flows into the later sewage treatment system for treatment;
4) Food waste can be discharged after 24-hour treatment. There is a discharge port on the side of the processing tank of the processor, and the opening and closing are controlled by the touch screen control switch. During discharging, the treated products fall from the outlet, and the treated products are discharged automatically by the automatic discharging system without manual discharging, which is convenient to operate;

MXCCJ-1000 consists of a stirring system, a fermentation degradation system, a PLC automatic electronic control system, a heating system and a purification and deodorization system.

How it works

1. MXCCJ-1000 composter speed up the natual composting process to a 24hour, automatical,and energy-efficient technology.

2. The machine chamber has internal rotating arms for mechanical agitation and an oil jacket for heating.

3. MX composter use natually occuring microbes to compost organic wastein 24hours ,and achieve a reduction of 80-90%.

4. The temperature of the tank is raised to the required temperatures to eliminate harmful bacteria.

5. Vented airflow ensure aerobic digestion which prevents methane (odours) and minimises other odours associated with composting process.
