    Working procedure

    • Through the sludge delivery pump, the sludge is transported to the sludge delivery port.

    • The sludge is transported to the flocculation mixing tank after adjusting the flow rate through the metering tank, and is fully stirred and mixed by the mixer.

    • After being fully stirred by the mixer to form larger alum flowers, it is sent into the main body of the stacked snail.

    • The sent alum flakes move toward the dehydration section while undergoing gravity concentration in the enrichment section.

    • The gap between the floating ring and the fixed ring of the dehydration part is narrowed, and the pressure is further increased by adjusting the back pressure plate at the discharge port

    • Dehydrate, and finally discharge the mud cake.
